No. Site Source is a direct-hire platform. Workers and contractors connect directly. No agency margin. No middleman. 5% flat commission paid by the contractor only.
How much does it cost?
Free for workers, always. Contractors pay 5% commission on completed engagements only. No subscription, no upfront fees.
What does 5% mean in practice?
If a contractor hires a groundworker at £230/day for 4 weeks (£4,600 total), Site Source’s fee is £230. An agency at 15% would charge £690. The worker gets their full rate either way.
